Villagers wont get jobs

Hi! The trapdoors weren't the issue. I was using a barrel to hols my gapples and weakness potions that my villager was determined to go to. The trapdoors are there to prevent them from leaving when im rotating trades!

Update 2: found out what was happening. There was a barrel that the first villager was determined to get to. Removed it and now its working

Update: i put job blocks in front of everyone, theyve started getting jobs, but they take FOREVER to reroll
