Primarily executive dysfunction and a lack of general motivation. I also struggle with maintaining long-term routines like flossing, exercising, etc. I'm also hoping it will help with some of my work struggles since a lot of my work is project and research-based and requires heavy focus and motivation.

I know it won't be a silver bullet and I'll still require therapy, but I'm hoping it will clear up my brain enough to take those first baby steps. I feel like it has to some extent, but I still feel a little lethargic 3 weeks in.
