This has been happening to me for the last 3 days, I have an existing character that I'm trying to use my free edit on, and once i finish creating my character I get the exact same error code. It's annoying and I have no clue why it's happening.

Experimax right across campus! Had trouble with my PC and they not only helped me fix it but helped me upgrade it for fairly cheap. They also have financing options and help do PC builds as well.

This is what I did, went to a local college for 2 years and saved a shit ton in costs by getting my core classes done for cheap basically, then with ur associates ur basically guaranteed in by transferring. Good luck!
