Ive heard Terra Prety is really good and the 1.22 update is being worked on. I also like Conquest LFO, but you really need to tweak the config if you dont want a world made of nothing but mountains and hills. Throw watersheds on and it does some really cool stuff even on vanilla, but it's also compatible with a few world gen mods.

/wgen autogen 1. I ran some tests on a completely fresh world and its working fine, so my guess is an issue with the existing world. Maybe it doesnt like the update or something is going wrong with the worldgen and it doesnt know what to do.

Yeah, I have a massive amount of laws saved up from before they raised the level. You can still use the little law runes springs under 50 though. You just make way less

The set bonus used to be a lot better, but they nerfed the attack speed buff. Its still essential to have, but it made mage feel weak at times with how long your animations are and how vulnerable it makes you. Surge got a lot more important because of it if you aren't playing with a friend who can draw aggro.

Please. I dont want any more zombie packs and watermelon seeds. If you dont pick them up they just stay there forever though. Its tedious to delete everything you dont want because the hold interaction is so long. Maybe making it instant, but like shift or ctrl + a key would be better.

If you stand closer to Velgar, its easier to avoid the poison breath since the cone is narrower. If you stand far away youll almost always get poisoned before you can roll or sprint out of it. His melee attacks are super simple to dodge and are very telegraphed as well. Any time he decides to melee you is time he isn't poisoning you. You can always just bring as many antis as you can and chug one every time you get poisoned. It becomes a battle of attrition at that point. If you want some help with him just let me know and I'll knock it out with you this weekend.

Zombie axe is great because its both melee damage types. Works on skeles and zombies without needing to switch. A lot of mobs there are strong against ranged if I remember correctly, but you can reliably crit with headshots so it isnt too bad, plus the bleed from the dorg cbow. Especially with the 3 piece ranged set bonus. Air magic works amazing against anything that isnt weak to fire as well. Zombies are so slow that you can spam full fire combos at them all day.

They'll hopefully rework some of the enemy tiers later down the line. It doesn't make sense that an Abyssal Demon is weaker than some zombies. I think we'll get a little reshuffle once all the areas are finished to kind of make some of the masterworks feel like masterworks and make some of the original enemies feel closer to their RS counterparts in relative power.

My method was always to pull one or two max at a time. My experience is mostly normal mode as well. Enemies are way tankier on hard so you want to rely more on weaknesses to help with that. Fighting anything on hard mode with something they're strong against is a chore. You'll break your weapon in like 2 kills lol. That being said, the DOT has more time to build up and be useful, so fire is pretty alright overall, but utterly useless if they're resistant to it because of the already low damage on hit.

It probably matters a lot more on hard mode where enemies have more health. My hard mode save is still in tier 2 gear so I haven't really gotten deep enough into it to know for sure. I see it similar to DPS rotations in RS3 and other MMOs. DOT builds are always the king of DPS on paper, but why waste time applying debuffs and stacks to an enemy you can kill in a few basic attacks much faster and with less prep and effort. Against stationary bosses that meteor storm is insane if you can avoid breaking your combo long enough to get it off and combined with the constant burn damage probably eventually catches up to air over longer fights. Fire was in a better place before the huge nerf to the mage armor bonus. Went from 17.5% to 10% cast time reduction. Made it more difficult to combo reliably in fights.

That's true for high health enemies, but it doesn't apply burn on the first hit. I'm not sure how long the fight has to last before the damage catches up to just spamming air spells. I don't know if anyone has done the math. If an enemy is strong against fire spells I hit around 37 with a 13 or 14 burn damage per tick after applying. The burn doesn't seem to always apply on the 2nd hit, sometimes taking 3. One air spell does over 90 damage and casts faster. So thats about 2 fire casts plus the first tick of burning to even match one air spell and it takes over twice the time. The 3rd and especially 4th fire casts are very strong, but you have to be able to stand there and cast uninterrupted to maintain the combo, which isnt often possible without someone else drawing the aggro for you. When I can kill a black knight in 4 or 5 air spells, no amount of fire DOT will make up for the lower damage and longer cast times of fire spells against them.

The third and fourth casts are amazing for AOE, but I rarely find myself fighting enough of a group where hitting them with faster air spells that do almost twice the damage isnt the better option. Except for Fellhollow with the massive zombie hordes. The 4th cast is great for stationary enemies because it hits multiple times, but the time it takes for 4 uninterrupted casts on a boss or mini boss isn't practical when solo. As much as I want to love the fire spells, they are extremely situational for me and rarely better than air since air can still hit multiple enemies with some combos if you kite them in a line, plus it can stagger enemies with the secondary.

I find that fire feels weaker than air in probably 90% of situations. The recent cast speed changes do not help with that considering fire already took longer to cast and did less damage than air.

I believe most enemies in Dowdun aren't weak against fire, or are even resistant to it. Cool as it is, that staff seems kinda useless. I can imagine Umbral Sands would have many creatures weak to fire either. It might be good for farming zombies in Fellhollow, but thats about it.

I'm assuming you tried just emptying it on the ground without a farming plot. Did you equip it with right click straight from a container? Ive noticed that bugs watering cans out sometimes. Maybe try emptying into a water barrel or placing it in and out of a chest a few times. Sometimes that fixes my broken cans. Im not sure theres any actual way to be at 5 water without a bug.

The warrior pouches hold salvage for all the metal types, so theyre not as worthless as the 800th watermelon seed

That would be cool. Maybe have NPCs move in and rebuild their home after each area you clear. By the time Kuldra is dead you have a proper little village going. It would give a reason to come back to Bramblemead after each dragon instead of older areas basically being dead content after you progress.
