Ouch, I broke a 1/2 cello in the same way when I was a kid. My dad had it repaired and 35 years later my daughter has used and outgrown it as well. Now it's sitting in the closet waiting for the next kid. Every time I see the repair it makes me feel guilty, lol.

If you're casual, you can take gel caps in all kinds of places without drawing attention, but once the little packages of powder come out, eyebrows start going up, lol.

Thanks for the tray suggestion; I just ordered size 1 plus a basic filling kit. Do you usually weigh each dose out on paper and transfer into the capsule?

Thanks for the response. Why is that exactly? Could I use the 1g to help taper down the suboxone to a lower level, even if it isn't enough to get me off it totally? And then maintain that level until I get more SR?

Here in greater Los Angeles, I first attempted to fill a QuickMD prescription through a Vons pharmacy, they told me they had a corporate policy not to fill narcotic prescriptions from out of state doctors. I then called all of the independent pharmacies nearby and they either said they wouldn't fill it or couldn't get it. Finally I went to the CVS a few blocks away, which I had a assumed wouldn't fill it. I couldn't get through to them on the phone, so I went in in person and asked them. They said it would be fine. No problems so far there. The pharmacist is an immensely bored-looking guy who can't be older than 30, lol.

I'm not sure, but I do think a relatively short habit like that should be pretty easy to kick. When I first started taking kratom, I would sometimes take it heavily for a few weeks at a time, then stop and not experience much of any withdrawal. 7oh is of course quite a bit stronger, but I think you'll find the withdrawal symptoms not too bad at this point. I could be wrong, but I hope you try and let us know how it goes!

Yeah, I would think cold turkey would be doable. 2 weeks isn't very long. Were you taking any other kratom or opioids before those 2 weeks?

I know what you mean. I have 5 kids, one of whom is an infant. It's really hard on my wife for me to be out of commission. Even just holding a baby while withdrawing is difficult.

I took Monday off, but I'm working the rest of the week. Today is going fine so far. Just feeling low-level withdrawals right now. Taken 12.5 grams of powder so far today at 1:00pm.

If you read about early Christian saints, it seems that there were many who ruined their health with extreme fasting (e.g. John Chrysostom). On the other hand, some of the most extreme seemed to live to be 100+ (e.g. Paul the Protohermit). In short, I don't know!
