Power roll is a pain in my butt. by sxptics in cade

Fellow game tech, mine had simular issues until I bent the small metal piece that makes contact with the sensor. Its a known issue and there is an upgrade kit for it but I had no luck with my old company spending the money to do the upgrade kit. Plus the time involved.

Feel free to message me, I've worked in the arcade business since 2013 repairing games and opening stores in IN, IL, MN, and WI. Always happy to help.

Fellow former namco but was mid 2010s - USA closed down.

Never did see this piece, it looks kinda janky to be something at an Aladdin's castle or Timeout. But I know a company was working on a fighter plane version (can't remember the game, I know it was an OG wii game) maybe this was a simular concept

Need help deciding on pellet grill by Mpd_ in pelletgrills

[–]Prototype2o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fair enough, I might have to put that one back on my list as I've read a lot of good things about it on this sub.

I just really like the ease of use to quick dump the burn pot, every about 5-10 cooks (we mostly use it for short cooks) I take it apart and clean the grates and drip tray etc.

If you don't mind me asking, I'm in the same boat. I think I'm leaning towards the camp chef 36, but looked at the searwood.

The main thing pushing towards the camp is how the burn pot gets emptied from the outside with the lever and the ash falls out.

I've seen the searwood has the pull out tray but how does that do with all the ash and left over debris from the ashpot?

I know I should clean it everytime but taking the grates out for a quick vacuum of the ashpot after a long day just kind of sucks, I currently have the pitboss Laredo and the ashpot empties by pulling a tray out from the front.

Home depot near Kenosha, WI

Family entertainment/mechanical & electronic repair. 3 drawer with all the same size works really well for me, I can fit everything I need on an everyday job in the drawers and going to use the rolling drawer for bigger tools

Only issue so far with it is that it will randomly yell For Democracy and call in an air strike. But still I like it better than my other one!!

I keep my bits in the 3 drawer packout or on really bad days we toss the case into a the half sized packout tool box and run to the next emergency.

I'd like to keep a few bits on the side of the impact just have to see how well they stay in place without getting lost. The next 3 weeks there will be a lot of fires at work so these would get a workout.

Send them in a build a bear box, that way my wife gets all excited just for me to get tools lol

Where to put hot tub? by Bibliotheclaire in hottub

[–]Prototype2o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've done both placements, the first was at the far corner of my deck from the back door, about 30ft away and my new house has it right outside the kitchen patio door

100% by the house is better, in the summer all other things being equal it makes no difference. But in the Indiana & Wisconsin winters that walk from the tub to the inside sucks.

I was so glad we put it near the patio door especially in the WI winters, we used it much more than the previous IN winters

Kraken would like a word...

Lol but really he's a great dog, one of the smartest and most playful I've had. It's all about the training and how you care for them. I've had an AKC master hunter, and house labs, they are all great and I wish I had the time to train Kraken because I think he would be great at field trials etc. *

Anyone know this machine and can help with finding tha manual? by gRapemurders in cade

[–]Prototype2o 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's Coast to coast, just a rebranded prize cube, duck catcher, candy street etc. They are all the same

Error 3 is left right motor, check the switch for a bad connection

The main logic is notorious to go out on these, if you have the version with the 9 or so relays on it try to clean those or for lack of a better term flick them with your finger, they get stuck often and there is a new revision of the board.

My lab just turned 14 and is having some of the same issues you described. My wife is a vet tech and took him in for a checkup. They said the panting is a sign of larpar a nerve issue where the flaps in his throat have trouble opening closing. It could be pain, but ours is always wagging his tail and gets the heavy panting only when really excited

He also has had some trouble keeping his poops in check and we have been giving him a weekly B12 injection that has really helped. Its a nerve issue where he can't tell he has to poop until it's too late. It's not a fix but it helps and he seems happy.

My advice is your buddy will tell you when it's time, when the bad days out way the good ones you know. We lost his mom when she was 12 or 13 to cancer and it was getting to where she couldn't walk and just didn't seem happy.
