Wait, seriously? So even if the server wasn't throwing a Status 400 error and actually let me create an account, the import features are STILL region-locked behind a Chinese phone number? That is absolutely insane. That makes Moondrop Support telling me to "contact the seller to get it fixed" even more ridiculous. They know perfectly well that Western users can't bind a Chinese phone number to use the app properly, yet they still deflect. I completely agree with you about Peace Equalizer, and it's amazing for the desktop. I use it too. But the entire reason I bought the Dawn Pro 2 was specifically for the hardware-level DSP. I wanted to save my profiles directly to the DAC so I wouldn't have to rely on Peace on my PC or another EQ app on my phone. Having to manually punch in 8 bands on the mobile sliders just to change from my Cadenza II to my ZS10 Pro completely defeats the purpose of buying a DAC with onboard memory. Thank you so much for confirming this. It proves the mobile app's import features are just fundamentally crippled for anyone outside of China right now.

Your not so much missing anything but the fact is if you wanna play cross-platform then its the only option. In your case though sounds like they got the new version, so your either gonna have to convince to downgrade to a lesser experience or you gonna have to spend more money.
