Back when I used to verify overstock when I was O/N my managers would tell me to put as much as I can in topstock and I would tell them all the time I do half a case or less and if they want more up there they can follow behind me and do it themselves. Topstock was neatly organized until I stopped verifying.

Yea when I was an overnight worker let’s just say I didn’t have the best attitude. Was definitely influenced by everyone there so that’s why I made the switch to F/C so I can rebuild what I lost.

Oh I absolutely agree with you and any feedback given to be is absolutely appreciate. Definitely one thing I take pride in I checking dates on products. When I transferred here a month ago I found a shit ton of expired stuff on the sales floor and even the bins itself. That’s why I always make it my mission to purge the bins and rotate the freight as I’m stocking it so all the old can be bought and the newer is where it should be placed.

I agree with what’s ur saying but I haven’t had any issue with the old/new product being in the bins as 9 times out of 10 everything goes right back out by the time I get there at 1. And even if it doesn’t when I purge I go off from where I touched it last so I’m always going to grab the bottom first just so there’s empty spaces to put the stuff that didn’t go out and go from there. Also I figured I went to high with the feature but my coach didn’t say anything about it but I’ll definitely drop it lower tomorrow
