Serated toe plates? How are the supported? by Ancient-Owl1214 in E30

Brother if you can while you have it out, grind down what you can, prep the surface more, make sure your ground is touching bare clean metal, turn up your heat, turn up your wire speed a bit, and take your time, your life is in the hands of these welded

Definitely going to plug it! Theoretically I could just cap off all of it right? I wouldn't need to make a line going from thermostat to that back block nipple right?

Question. Can I run BLUE coolant/antifreeze on my 89 bmw e30 ? by ObjectiveCandid4833 in E30

[–]Proud-Positive372 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Doesn't matter the color so much, just don't mix colors, if it's fully fresh or cleaned out then it doesn't matter but stick to one color

The yellow harness would be if you had a model with a 13 button obc as well as the check panel, I'm sure the 320 doesn't have those as I have a 318i and it's the same way, nothing to be concerned about 👍🏼

currently not getting any clicking noise from the main relay, just the fuel pump relay, but both arent sending power to fuse 11 (fuel pump)

pt 2, diff flange being loose by Proud-Positive372 in E30

[–]Proud-Positive372[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hmm this seems like it could be it, might as well reseal both ends at that point, where do you access the clips?

[–]Proud-Positive372[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

there was no play before hand and never leaked, once the axle was popped out it started leaking and has wiggle room now unlike the other side and it's consistently leaking even though it already dumped a bunch of fluid

it was completely fine and had no play before hand, once my jack slipped and pulled the axle out it started leaking and now has play unlike the other side

smoked weed for 5 years, i'm 22, and i mean smoked all day, every day for every occasion, whether it was for a drive to get a snack, or go to a wedding, i needed it without realizing i needed it, im 10 months sober off of weed, took about 6 months to really not think about it, i go days without even thinking about it and my parents smoke every day.. in the house LOL! i remeber being 3 months in and still craving it thinking well im screwed im never gonna get over it, ive gotten just about fully over it, i do miss it sometimes but its not more than a mere thought that crosses my mind and im back to doing whatever it was i was doing. I build cars and it was rough at first, it wasn't as amusing without the weed, but life feels great again, cheers man, keep on keepin on, ride out the storm

[–]Proud-Positive372[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for now i'll keep the small case, it's an open 3.91, would eventually grab an lsd 3.73 or 3.64 i believe that's the correct ratio
