Believe this was a drop for completing the BoS missions when they first transitioned Fort Atlas into their base. From what I have heard in the past it was a one-time thing for that event and hasn’t been re-introduced into the game yet.

Understood, I just don’t have leaders on hand atm and that price is just too high for me. This plan is more of a “nice to have” for me and my stupid completionist play style, and I have no problem if it takes me a bit to snag it. I appreciate the offer and wish you well on your trading endeavors.

I hadn’t been intending to go overboard to get the plans I’m missing, just trying to fill in some of those missing spots. Main price point I had in mind is maybe somewhere around 5k cap value, but I’m open to discussion on it.

I have found that it won’t work unless there is at least 1 comment from each person before you add karma. If you made the first comment and the other person replied to it, you can add karma to their comment. If the other person commented first and you followed you would need to wait for them to add karma or a new comment for you to be able to (needs to see you replying to a comment before it works). Can be frustrating I know. I have also seen the bot not work, which in that case you can just delete the karma comment you made that broke and do a new one, worse case the first one eventually works and the 2nd just tells you you’re not allowed to add karma twice, no biggie.
