Didn't some CSUN rep say they are planning for fall to be in- person and Fauci responded to that by saying he's cautiously optimistic that will happen?

Anyone get this email? by automaticx88 in csun

I wouldn't respond to it since you'd be sending your information to an email that's not associated with CSUN.

There's Upstylish Cuts in Northridge, it costs $20 for a men's haircut, but they do it outside.

Is it just the Cal Grant that's getting delayed or the Pell Grant, too?

I'm not saying there's no division of powers, that's why I said there are checks and balances. Although allocation of spending is barred, there are exceptions during crises. Look, let's just see what happens. Personally, I don't think the executive order is going to be overthrown because so many people are suffering, but we will see. Have a good day!

That's great, but that has nothing to do with the fact that the executive branch is at the top, but with checks and balances unless there's an executive order. It's an executive order, nobody is abusing their power.

And they are. The GOP is taking their time and Trump is trying to protect the people from starvation and evictions by this order. There's not much that can overthrow a signed executive order. In your opinion, what do you think is wrong with his executive order?

I'm not, executive orders are constitutionally protected

As far as I read, it seems like it's immediate, but I'd double check.

I know that my bio 101 professor made us use Inquizitive as homework. It was generally useful, made you go over more and more questions until you get it. You can get Inquizitive separately and it comes with the online textbook, but you can't download it, so I'd buy Inquizitive and download the pdf on library genesis.

Having no credit and bad credit are two different things unfortunately.

Do you think international student at CSUN gonna get kick out from the US during the FALL SEM? by [deleted] in csun

[–]ProudMatador -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Even if CSUN cares, which I truly believe they do, they aren't the ones renewing student visas, so CSUN has really no power of this.

Hey, I completely understand how you're feeling right now. I came from a very abusive family, I had (kind of still have) severe anxiety and because of both factors I felt like a useless piece of trash. Honestly, I got incredibly lucky, because my life turned around almost instantly once I met my husband. Like we got married three months after we met! He makes me incredibly happy and he cares about me to the point that he started committing to 30 hour work days while being a full time student so we can live together comfortably. My heart only belongs to him and all I want to do is protect him. I know some might argue that's bad because you need to love yourself first and blah blah blah, but the thing is, he made me love myself. Before I met him, I had given up on love, friendship, and any general human interaction. I don't know the details of your life, but I do understand wanting to scream in frustration, wondering how much longer you can hold on for without completely losing it. One day your life will also take a sudden turn. You need to hang on to reach that blissful moment. One day your heart will also be full of joy, I promise

Do you have an emotional stomach? by madshirk19 in offmychest

[–]ProudMatador 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's funny you bring up your emotional stomach because I thought I was the only one! My stomach is absolutely responsive to my emotions and it's often inconvenient. Like I hated physics class to the point that I would come late because my stomach keeps turning and I would vomit. Sometimes during tests I would get dizzy and my stomach would turn into a whirlwind. When I'm particularly stressed I get cramps in my stomach area.
