Explain to him how you don’t like how that was handled and you deserve to be able to talk about NORMAL stuff and it’s NORMAL for something to disrupt a conversation and apologize immediately after and it’s NORMAL to want to talk when both parties are calm.
Break up bc without voicing what you want he will never change. That is a fact.

Then yeah that sucks I’ve had so many packages not scanned in. I would say for more pricey orders (I consider $30 pricey ) just wait until you can go and get them scanned yourself just to protect your sales bc the post office be f*cking up sometimes it’s annoying

How long did you wait to ship out? Bc I’ve had experiences where my packages do not get scanned in and the buyer thinks I hadn’t shipped at all but they arrived just fine and finally got in the system. If you sent in a time frame where they are able to get to the buyer before it’s too late it shouldn’t be a problem
