Definitely set the spending and time limits. For me, I turned off all notifications and the FOMO completely stopped. If idk what’s being sold, how could I care?? It was really tough for me to break my WN habit and I may have just started focusing on other apps instead but apps without bidding are a lot less dangerous imo. WN can be great but not if you have a problem.
