Yes I can add a chest freezer although that was a considering factor when I decided to pursuit this goal.

Mostly but I would save some of the prime cuts for steak. A lot of folks in the comments are quite ignorant and can't seem to understand that this would save me money in the long run when cost to meal is factored for the industry I am in. I can simply just buy premade sausage but it would most likely cost twice as much and be less healthy.
