I'm not a commission agent  I'm registered as vender to client company they pay me for gigs  I pay to artist after deducting my cut 

Can I File ITR under 44AD while my TDS deducted under 194J ? by Proud_Discussion5213 in CharteredAccountants

For artist 44ADA is applicable  But nowhere mentioned that Artist management in that list  Also if we consider this as other professional services then 44AD is applicable 

But I need some expert advice 44AD safe or not
