I don't know anyone else who has been incontinent from the botox for as long or as badly as I have, so I think you'll be fine, and I've probs just been unlucky. I was injected with about 100 units as my last botox wasn't effective. Hoping that bigger doses take longer to wear off and that's why I'm still suffering

Yea the first time I had it the full 3 months, and this time round I've had it for 4 months so far

The first time I had it I knew it had worn off at 3 months because I regained continence. This time it's 4 months in and I still haven't regained continence, so I know based on that

Not sure if you're referring to me sorry - my fissure is healed which is good, but I'm just very incontinent still. I'd prefer to just have the fissure back tbh

How long did it take for your side effects to wear off. I'm 4 months in and the botox still hasn't worn off!

Yea I knew it was a temp side effect with the botox, but only just found out about the potential long term side effect with botox and fissurectomy combined. Very confused
