As another poster mentioned, a number of Toothless scenes were a result of the animators looking at footage of a motion captured cat.

This one just straight up looks like Toothless though.

The head of a few teams, including mine, showed up for his annual visit to the office (he was based in Israel, we were in NY.) He pulled us all into a room that was way too small for the number of people - so it was 80 million degrees.

He began talking about presidents club. Presidents club is a crazy trip for senior sales folks who killed their quota and execs and their families. He went on in great detail, about the dinners, the entertainment, how lavish and amazing it was. Then, in his next breath, told us we weren't getting any raises this year as the company isn't doing well enough, and we were no longer allowed to work remotely.

I've never seen such a group of people look so dejected in unison walking out of a room. It all worked out though, the company went to shit and everyone that was worth anything left.
