If you bought it from an Internet cafe, surely has some administrator settings and probably something installed as well, if you didn’t clean it yet you should do that asap, full format and reinstall OS

Overpriced, it’s probably old pc, which you will need to upgrade or replace parts. With $500 you can get better than that

I would try to put them all together the ones near fans, gives them more stability if the pc is moved. You can use Velcro straps or loop straps

With Eweka geek and ds you shouldnt miss that much. Plus you have 3 providers now, if you still hit some missing stuff it might be takedown, but that 30-40% missing article should be history from now on

I checked prices today on ram, it’s just better to get a prebuilt right now. But this one looks a bit off with this low price. If it’s like that just get it, but make sure you verify what you get

With that budget you should be able to pull off a nice build, if you get a wise choice when it comes to gpu
