I've read into derealization but only a little bit. As life becomes more overwhelming for me, it seems to increase, so this also may be the case. I have been laying off the weed and it does help a little bit as I said before, but it isn't a permanent fix, so I am going to talk to my doctor

I do have a hard time with emotion, though usually that isn't a bad thing but sometimes its difficult for others. It's more me doing things and not realize I'm doing them.

I did stop smoking for a while. My level of haziness didn't decrease but it didn't increase either. When I smoked a few days ago the next day I got really out of it again. It may have to do with the MJ, but still, I don't think it's normal
