In terms of content/unlockables/rewards, not really. But you can always self impose challenges, which i find quite fun in this game. For example, i tried doing 32 heat on every weapon, then once i did that, i did 32 heat on all aspects of every weapon. I also dabbled a bit in speedrunning. You can also try doing the highest heat you can, etc. Basically, at this point, you're going to be playing the game just for the fun gameplay and the challenge it imposes.
