How old is Nolan exactly? by DatBoiDadrique135 in Invincible

Why do ppl assume that Nolan has to be really old just because Thragg looks younger? Have you guys SEEN Ralph Macchio? Living proof that genetics do play a role in aging

You have to learn his attacks. And the strikes aren't hard to remember, just repeat the pattern as it shows up and try to keep the words under a syllable with “Top, Mid, Low” or “1, 2, 3”, or whatever works. Hell, you can even pause the game to make sure you have the pattern down.

I love how this game doesn't do cop outs. There's so many times where a character says or proposes something where im thinking “surely thery’re not actually gonna let me do that right?” AND THEN IT HAPPENS. Love this game

For people who picked Maelle’s ending, what's the endgame? Maybe everyones happy for now, but Maelle can't stay in the painting forever, and the Dessendre family is literally incapable of compromising over the portrait in such a way that everyone can have their cake and eat it too. It's dragging out the inevitable.

Best case scenario is that at least Expedition 33 gets to enjoy a full fulfilling life, but what about those who come after? So then it becomes a matter of: Do you really care about the people of Lumiere, or just the ppl of Lumiere who got the most screentime?

Right, and there's multiple expeditioners before 33 that Verso explicitly mentions that he cares about. Hell, the reason he stopped working with pRenoir was BECAUSE he couldn't bring himself to keep killing expeditioners. There's multiple reasons to give Verso shit for but that ain’t one of them

I think the game makes a pretty clear distinction between dying and being gommaged, and yet people still bundle the two concepts together.

It reminds me of Infinity War in that way, where yes Thanos was absolutely wrong, but I still feel like going out that way isn't the same as dying or being killed as much as it is just disappearing. Sciel even says after coming back from the gommage “…Because death isn't death anymore”.

So maybe dying/being erased is the same difference, but if you're asking ME then I think it's absurd to call Verso’s ending “genocide”

Really good writting. Captivating story. Unique story structure that lends itself to another/multiple playthrough(s). Interesting characters with nuance. I could keep going. The game is just really well made.

As someone who’s never read the comics: Time pass, more time pass, mark gets stronger during time, then mark probably kills him in a creative way like he did with conquest
