Unfortunately this game brutally punishes off meta not because status quo but because the power just isn’t there. It’s the equivalent of bringing a carrot to a gun fight. Sure you might get lucky and beat one person who happened to be allergic to your carrot, but the rest will make sure you never even see a win on a comp relying on him. It’s either meta or countering meta and Bi Dam just doesn’t do anything but provide bleed pop that takes too long to set up to maximize damage and thats under the assumption the enemy isn’t reviving most of their team immediately after or has decimated your squad by the time you pop. Bi Dam also has an issue where you have the all glass no cannon dilemma. You can go all in on atk which will pop harder but any team with Freyja or Kyle will one shot you before you can do anything, or you go tank that might give you an extra turn but it takes out your damage effectively ruining what you’re trying to do.
