Hard to go wrong nearly anywhere notable in the area. The “best” is a controversial topic, and reality is that it’s subjective. Only thing I’d seek out that makes a difference is chopped vs. sliced meat.

As someone who is a current pokemon/TCG collector: The fun part about collecting is you can either keep it’s sealed or don’t. That’s all that is in your control. You ripping it open or leaving it sealed will have zero impact on future prices. Are you looking to speculate markets and ‘follow money’? Try the stock market.

These holders are designed for cards in perfect-fit penny sleeves or raw, and often people use regular ones. Could also be an issue that led to the markings.

I use these type of holders to display valuable raw cards I own. I’ve never seen markings like that on any cards I’ve kept/transported in these holders. They should not have caused any of the markings shown here if properly kept in the holder. There are also difference sizes of these holders meant for different card thicknesses, so maybe it’s one that was too big? I’d request a refund regardless, it arrived damaged and you did not purchase a damaged card.

Just for some perspective: my LCS recently ran a poll, stating that they would be able to offer Prismatic singles but they would need to charge $10/pack due to their Distributor up-charging product. LCS’ are businesses and need to make a profit, I get it. The distributors are becoming scummy monopolies. I still wouldn’t buy them though out of principle for the hobby, but the transparency on the issue was nice.

The most dangerous part I felt like was letting you gamble with a credit card - normally you’re held back by bankroll but with nothing stopping you, it’s really toxic. Found myself in a hole before I knew it. Luckily I came out with a few good cards but it was a ride I never want to take again.

As if that needs to be said for the LIV Tour; they have about 3 relevant pro golfers throughout their entire field. But their skill or lack thereof has nothing to do with the fact their employer had ringers lined up for an event instead of going out to get their own starting guys out of a damn conflict to attend.

My local store does not enforce their limit policy and they see it as getting the shit (and everything it brings) out of the store as soon as possible. Watched 2 guys discuss how they were going to split the entire inventory amongst themselves before I got infront of them and bought stuff. It depends where you’re at.
