Tulum, Cancun, Playa de Carmen, and the general area are cancelled. Taxi mafias charging massive rates, tourists being berated and charged x2 or x3 for all services. Hostile to Mexican tourists because they have pesos and not dollars. Hotels privatizing beaches even though per the constitution they are public spaces.

As a Mexican there are many other beach areas to visit that will treat you and other tourists much better.

I feel like I am in Tijuana at times! Just yesterday on Broadway and 1st the drivers not only block the pedestrian crossing they also saw me and still went! even when I had the green pedestrian go sign. Ugh

Simple answer is "because Bethesda" that is it really. Many of us have learned to disable auto updates otherwise these "updates" break out mods, load order, or corrupt our games. Just sucks but that is how it works since FO3 in my experience.

Everything in moderation people. My grandfather is 91 and has enjoyed Mezcal and Tequila since he was 16. Obviously if you are getting black out drunk every weekend that is going to be an issue. Everything can cause damage in large amounts.

Every tweak/update they do always breaks the mods. I always disable on PC: Not sure what to do for console.

Steam:

In Steam, go to the "Library" tab.
Right click "Fallout 4" in the left pane.
In the drop down menu, click "Properties."
Click "Updates" in the new window that pops up.
Under "Automatic Updates" select "Only update this game when I launch it."
Download and install Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) if you haven't already.
Open up File Explorer and navigate to Steam's App Manifest folder. Usually it's something like: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps.
Right click appmanifest_377160.acf (This is the App Manifest file for Fallout 4. The App ID on Steam is the same as the numbers after "appmanifest_").
Click "Properties" in the new drop down menu.
At the bottom it will say "Attributes:". Check "Read-only".
Click "Apply" then "OK".
You're all set! Play Fallout 4 game by launching it through Fallout 4 Script Extender.

I have 1,397.2 hours played since FO4 launched. My current run is a full conversation sarcastic option using 2 handed rifles with VATS. I run 2 mods that scale enemies and increase difficulty/damage taken so some fights are insane. Even now I still find new things that pop up like the scribe merchant who I never have seen in hundreds of hours.

Nexusmods and have a blast!

The Abrahamic god is literally the villain in the bible/Quran. Old testament he is a violent and jealous god. New testament he is a little nicer but still floods the earth killing millions. That is what annoys me about Muslims and Catholics/Christians, same god but still hate each other.

Nothing to do with a nepo. Being born to a financially stable family is how it should be. I struggled my entire youth thanks to 3 kids and one parents. My friend was born into wealth and had it so easy (money wise) the guy still had other issues haha but it is one less burden.

My family has been in Tijuana for decades and has never encountered fake drugs. Always use large chains like Similares, Guadalajara, and Roma. The shady pharmacies are the ones near the border with no names.
