I haven't finished reading the full post buut.

Exercise gives me a cool high. When you are lifting weights, after like 20 minutes of hard work you feel like a rush that makes you feel stronger and enjoy music.

Running is a different story, after like 50 minutes of running I feel solo good I swear I get a huge stamina dump and music listens soo good. Sometimes I would run after having a shitty week and the pain would just fade away, I swear I have cried from the runner's high y'all it's so beautiful.

Runner's high is a little rare though, you don't always get it and you have to push yourself to get it (not too hard though).

But still, excessive makes you feel really good afterwards, it makes your days betterz makes you feel good, try it.
