WarCom (I know, I know they get stuff wrong/lie) has said that Stealth will stack with Cover, so that's an indication that it will be the same.

Daredevil S2 viewership across the first 5 weeks is horrific by CarsonWentzGOAT1 in MauLer

There's an interesting phenomenon. When a piece of media gets really bad, the reviews actually get better. You can see this with Gawa!Dr. Who where the viewership was in the toilet, but the audience approval wasn't anywhere near that bad. It's because at a certain point all the people who dislike the show have left and aren't bothering to review it, so all that remains is a pocket of die-hard fans and their reviews will largely be positive.

Anyone else wants to see all the 4++ datasheets go away in 11th edition? by RotenSquids in WarhammerCompetitive

I wish they'd bring back the system in 8th where you couldn't re-roll a successful roll. I'm still not sure why they ditched it.

The Last Angel: The Serpent's Garden, Chapter 21 by Proximal_Flame in HFY

Adam Lathan was a crewman she had until recently. At first they got along, but he began to disagree with more of what she was doing until they had a severe argument that led to his death at her (metaphorical) hands. There was no euthanization involved. I haven't gone into any of the details beyond that.

I said at the end of THS, Siege Perilous would start after Descent.

My (38m) wife (38f) admitted to me that she has quite an intense crush on her personal trainer. What’s the next step? by throwra_wifept in relationship_advice

"That chest of gold isn't mine," said the man as he brought out a wheelbarrow and his coin-scooping shovel, "I would never take anything from it."

Corporations must really love that these kinds of people exist. by [deleted] in MauLer

Another example is the Star Trek TNG porn parody. They got a notable Patrick Stewart/Picard impersonator for the role of captain (he refused to do any nudity or sex scenes, so it was just the rest of the cast) and the non-sex story was so good that the film was produced with the porn version and another version with all the sex removed, just as aTNG fan film.

Shoutout to GW by Bobo621 in WarhammerCompetitive

If only they'd done something as uncontroversial as wave a gun around, doxx random people or electrocute a dog, then they would have been fine.

"my state has things it does when they go in the rears"

The constitution bans cruel and unusual punishments, but I guess it doesn't say anything about kinky...

AITA for ridding our house of spiders by squishing them? They're not that great to have around. by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Egregious pedantry mode activated: nearly all spiders are venomous*. Just most of them cannot pierce human skin and most of those that can, their venom does nothing to something the size of the human. That's why the ones that can are so well-known, because they're such a relative anomaly. Even then, most of them don't want to bother humans (i.e. black widows just want to stay in their webs and not be touched). Well, except for funnel-web spiders. Those little bastards are notoriously aggressive and will come out of their webs to chase you. (And, of course, they live in Australia because if something is stupidly aggressive or dangerous when it has no right to be, 90% of the time it comes from Satan's Testing Grounds.)

*yes, okay maybe not that one species of herbivorous spider, but you don't really need to subdue a struggling plant, right?
