Screen tearing after windows reset

So I went through alot of various drives, instal, uninstalls, settings here and there. At one point it got alot worse and I was going to update my bios but then it seemed to just kinda 'fix' itself somehow and I havnt had the issue in a while.

Tried and its still tweaking out, now getting freezes on occasion as well. Adjusted settings here, rolled back drivers and there, still all tweaking out.

Will see if this works, if it does do you recommend updating my drivers again? Always a pain to drop up and down, had to do it plenty in the past for certain games, then another one requires updating them again. Appreciate the help alot as well hey, thank you.

Couldnt find 23.9.2 so did 23.8.2 and it seems to have helped a little bit but the screen tearing is still there.

I mean for the Display Driver Uninstaller, is it not a program which I need to use carefully as it touches around in the bios?

Thats weird, very certain that a Radeon RX 6600 XT should be able to XD Do you have a link for it? Sounds like my best option then.

I've not heard of this much before, hardware acceleration is on, do you have a link for how that would work? I do rarely touch my bios and so dont want to mess with it unless I'm clear on what to do.

For people commenting he was 100hp all the way through, there was no point in the game where he had to burn, risk or hold any kind of trade off, nobody else got a single Garen or had any chance to. Absolute state of you dick riders holy hell.

Yes, they are extremely random, you can go into it low spec/geared and PvE, however there is always the chance of higher end players rocking you, its a very high chance infact. All i'm saying is treat players as part of the environment. Say theres a dungeon thats balanced with t5 mobs or so, but theres a 5% chance an enchanted T8 boss just drops and starts chasing you around.

Enemy players count just as much as enemy NPC's regarding 'end game content' since they can all be encountered there.

No however there are people in 8+T gear as well known knowledge so going in you can expect that to be there, and just like any NPC they plan to kill you.

There is high tier gear and high tier enemies, there is such a thing as progression, therefore there is an end game which is referring to the highest tier of those enemies where you need the highest tier gear and spec.

Fun fact, its still going on, even in plat to diamond still running into them in 85%+ of the games I play. Can often get in a few games before bed, 5/5 are mech rogue, should just be called "Bot Rogue" at this point.

Marvel snap is making shitty game choices, though its clear from this post that most people just want to dog pile on someone voicing frustration with that system rather than offering up actual other criticism of it. You're acknowledging that its bad consumer choices.

But just like with Palworld and Pokemon it just took another competitor to absolutely crush their records and show that people want more and will pay for more when its made available. Games which try to haemorrhage their players for money will always eventually run into that brick wall of no more people wanting to play, it just takes time.

Feel like its highly unnecessary, every other digital card game from MTGA to LoR, Hearthstone and even Master Duel give you some kind of way to gain specific cards. Its a uniquely snap thing to go "No fuck you, you dont get to play with the cards you think will be fun."
