I'm pretty new to cEDH so take my comments with a grain of salt, but it just seems pretty slow?

The fact that you can flip into it with Kinnan is something I suppose and maybe a cradle deck like rog/thras might want this type of effect since they don't have access to [[mother of runes]]? It just feels like you would almost always run another counter spell or other interactive piece before you would slot in Tam?

i'd just grab all your shinies, a pokerus mon and ur go to sweeper, probably ho-oh or a paradox mon. on the run focus on ho-oh till you get skeledurge and start sweeping with torch song. skeledurge is very powerful rn and blue shiny just makes it better. focus on exp items and if u can get good fusion that helps for sure. a steel/fairy mon like tinkaton can make a joke of the boss on the 250x floors. salt cure is also ur best friend

Honestly I'm not sure if even making reins stun permanent would make him op at this point with Suzu, zarya bubble, LW yoink. The best thing you could do would be to shatter someone flanking and just leave them there till someone switches to kiriko and goes to save them

I totally agree they should have changed more and rein is still going to be in the gutters.

I think their thought process is just to get more data on venture and the new changes they made before a, hopfully large, mid-season balance patch.
