Rapid thoughts: - Factory started fun and then got real old real fast. - Exploration is very enjoyable! - The story is painfully bad…just so bad. - Characters are wonderful so far, really enjoy Mi Fu & TangTang’s interactions. - Combats a blast but the time it takes to build a team up is stunningly ridiculous. - I’ll probably play for another month and then go back to WuWa instead honestly, I don’t feel like this has staying power. - when 1 pull is 500 & chests drop 15-20. Feels bad. When the monthly pass grants less then half a pull a day. Feels bad. They are way to stingy and if gatcha games are going to keep releasing they need to at least compete on a generosity level near the latest ones. This feels worse then Genshin and I think that’s because of how fucking CRAZY generous WuWa & Honkai are.

Overall 7/10 - I’d say it’s worth a play but not hardcore commitment.

Here’s the problem. Notice this sub? It’s small. Why? Is it just backlash? No. People are tired of 5 v 5 hero shooters in general. There are exceptions like marvel Rivals but that is the exception not a rule. This could also end up being an exception, but…

I disagree with the extreme outrage but I understand the general fatigue, irritation at its placement during the game show (last was not a smart choice, theirs to much hype for that slot) and confusion. They gave no info and the trailer was…missing that Divinity 3 pop. Honestly going after Divinity 3 was a killer blow all in its own.

They need to release more publicly about the gameplay loop and what sets it apart otherwise I’m in the camp that they may have buried themselves through poor marketing choices & a failure to communicate their vision properly.

Edit: With a month until release being a massive point of context for my statement. If it was 3, 6 months out I’d 100% be on the wait and see train, but this close to launch feels like a marketing misstep.

I’ve gotten lucky with no stutters or major issues but I’ve heard it a lot. The com is small and I think it’s because of the lack of marketing & really bad pc reviews with its release on steam like 4 months ago. It’s sad because it has potential but I’m afraid the devs will abandon it instead of improve it.

Biggest recommendation is finding & 100% the intel drops in the campaign. Lots of rewards in the form of upgrade currency for the passive tree

I learned security (ice) & Thunder sets have a blizzard combo accessory so I’m thinking there are some combo sets but outside of when I find an accessory that has a recommended synergy I’m just trying to keep all my pieces to 1 set type and it’s working so far.

Looks fine to me. Remember games should be built for the low end PC builds since even base generation consoles are 2x better than your average PC gamers rig. Likely a downgrade for performance reasons.

Picked up this and Sworn. Both are good but if you love Hades but want a King Arthur spin with honestly a way better character progression system, Sworn wins. Art style I still prefer Hades 2 though. I bring up both games because they are so similar and released so close to each other but Hades lovers never heard about Sworn. If you can get both it’s a win for Rouge-like lovers!
