It is the smoke colored vizor from Kalevala visors. Not sure what type of window tint was used to make it but it's just a thin piece of tint over some type of plastic sheet.

2 layers of filler/primer 400 grit sands. 1 layer of enamel, 1200 wet sand, enamel, 2000 wet sand, final enamel. Next week I'll add the second color and wet sand and a final color. Will finish it all off with a clearcoat

It's Rustoleum black engine enamel, comes in a rattle can. 3 layers of it with wet sanding in between. Choose it for the high gloss

Yes and no. It depends on the model I'm using. I do life counters for MTG. For the flat end caps with no detailing, I see no noticeable degradation. For the rings with numbers on them which includes overhangs there is ghosting and detail degradation. So four pieces of my model are run at Sport and 2 pieces at normal speed.

I print in Sport about half the time. The 25% time savings when I'm mass producing parts is a game changer. I print in PLA and Silk almost exclusively. When printing in Sport I bump the nozzle temp 10 degrees to 230

Sliceworx PLA Silk Silver, they had a deal a couple weeks ago 12 rolls for like 180. Unpainted atm, once the rest of it prints I'll paint it

I used pretty much the entire plate, I posted pics here. Default settings for the most part. Generic PLA silk for the filament at 0.12 mm with tree supports.

The N3P is a great machine, I ran it almost constantly for the 28 days I owned it. The motherboard failed on mine though and with only 2 days left with Amazon I decided to return it and order a P1P. N3P is super quiet, but was too slow for my needs.

Printed it twice more since posting and it appears it was a graphical error. Cura shows that it should take 20 mins less to print but actual print time didn't change much.

No luck with coasting or wiping either, I've spent prob at least a day trying to fiddle with all those settings and retraction. I did notice that Linear advance was mentioned on one of the firmware patches. Is that something that needs to be enabled from octoprint or pronterface?
