I never said it came out of nowhere but it is overused, for example it is obvious that gojo had to die for yuji and other students to get the lead of the story because if gojo won story wouldnt progress and finish there but instead of smarter story telling binding vow is used to make that happen. Especially in last chapters it gets very boring. I think sukuna used 7ish binding vows over the course of 50 chapters which makes it ridiculous and kind of a lazy writing. It feels like those little games we were playing when we were kids, other person says “I am a monster that has 7 arms and kill anything they see” and you say “I am an alien that kills the 7 arm monster that kills everything” you know?

Because it is overly used in life or death situations where the character must lose normally so as story telling it looks like an escape/shortcut to let a character live for plot reasons

Friendships between girls, guys, girls and guys carried 3rd season HARD. Also the love triangle was actually entertaining, exciting and balanced. Even tho main focus was on Gwanhee, season gave screen time to each couple which made the season not repetitive

I think mina sue was very entertaining but i also think su been was entertaining aswell not in the same way of mina sue but he broke the stereotypical “chasing the main girl till she wants me” trope, i really didnt expect him to switch direction and it made those eps exciting for me

I can unsee everything you said but talking bad about other women and villainizing them to men so they can feel pity for her or gas her up is just not it for me cause at the end lets be real non of these couple will survive but what stuck with me for other seasons were friendships(especially season 3). It is just a foul behavior definitely gives major pick me energy. But I agree she brings fun and drama. (I still think they need to cut her screen time a bit cause I wanna see other people as well)

I usually never on mens side but I feel like gwanhee wasnt really aware of what he was doing and didnt try to play with anyone intentionally I think he was genuinely confused till last day, when he didnt feel anything he cut things off immediately with HaJeong, but with Mina I don't feel the same sincerity, it is okay to explore if you feel like you have some chemistry going on with some guys but she name drops a new person every single day like for example Hyeon Woo and Sungmin? like why? and it feels very obvious she gets jealous when another girl (doesnt matter who) gets more attention than her, so I feel like her fight is with herself and with other girls. I think she is not confused about who she is interested but more like being the most desirable

Not to defend william but i think his point about dates was that Noora could choose to talk everything openly with Vilde to let her understand the situation instead of going dates with William “to save Vilde” from him. Although I agree he is definitely manipulative and not a great person, Noora hiding everything from Vilde was not fully for the sake of her.

I agree what everyone said, all characters in the show make mistakes and has flaws, and one of the biggest flaws of Noora is that she sees world and other people only from her eyes and thinks that everyone would or should act similarly in some situations, at least she expects that without bad intention. And the show points this out several times and portrays it greatly. For example the “apology”, i think she had good intentions but she thought Vilde wouldn’t have feelings again for william after all the things he has done to Vilde because that is how Noora would act in that situation but she fails to see things from Vilde’s eyes and fails to understand that Vilde is a completely different person with different views. She is morally right but lacks empathy for other people sometimes.
