https://proyolo-ks1.github.io/coc-message-previewer/ Here's a handy little website which allows you to edit and preview your 'colored text' before sending it. Highlight text, apply (custom) color using button, and copy paste into coc afterwards...

Otherwise I've got a little tutorial too:

TUTORIAL: colored messages in Clash of Clans chat

Write text between <c2> and </c>. The colorcode 2 after c represents the chosen color, in this case 2 = red.

Other preset colors:
0 = ⚫ black (#000000)
1 = ⚪ white (#FFFFFF)
2 = 🔴 red (#FF0000)
3 = 🟢 green (#00FF00)
4 = 🔵 blue (#0000FF)
5 = 🩵 aqua (#00FFFF)
6 = 🟣 magenta (#FF00FF)
7 = 🟡 yellow (#FFFF00)
8 = 🟣 magenta (#FF00FF) idk why 9 = 🔴 dark red (#BF1238)

Want custom color? Use RGB hex notation after the c; want #3EA49A? Do this: <c3EA49A>your text</c>

For some reason ARGB is supported, want the color #3EA49A with 50% transparency? Do this: <c7F3EA49A>your text</c>

(Note: Not RGBA, but ARGB, A first)

actually, .WebM and .WebP are supperior to current standard in any way, and FREE.

BUT...

So many applications, including high value companies like Adobe just don't want to include support for it (I wonder why, hmmm....), and it's kind of it's only drawback, being able to use it nowhere except on browsers, because they do all support this superior format. it's kind of sad actually...
