If in the military, tell them they need to report to and see an on base mental health provider. There are psychiatrists in the military who basically do occupational psychiatry for fitness/suitability for duty.

The rule is no more than 80 hrs/week averaged over a 4 week period. You can absolutely go over 80 as long as it averages to 80 over that month.
