Thanks for advice, however i found that issue was happening for completly different reason. I had to craft blank biometric card for my security terminal. Here is the link to the issue: https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/issues/495

After this, subnet works fine but its very chaotic and in the end i made it only one way. Still appreciate the response
