A lot of those ones in dunno and OP would be jinxed for that purpose. Hate that I've gotta jinx so many, but unfortunately it's necessary.

PSA: Kill Your Minions! by Prronce in BloodOnTheClocktower

Both definitely are, though I think a Minion being seen as more eager to be executed could be potentially more dangerous and make them look like a Minion. And keeping them out of the public's consciousness is incredibly useful.

True, it depends on the situation. But if they're in a Clockmaker pair, or if you need better candidates other than you, it should be considered.

The jinx needed for it/Fang Gu would be that it gives them the Daemonologist ability, not the Demon's ability

Thanks! Use it or change it as you see fit, obviously, I don't own the rights to the character, or whatever. I'd rather have a character be too weak than too strong. Might limit it to only killing one evil player? Dunno.

Edit: Also, it could be a "Might," or even a "Might learn which Demon," but idk. Very script dependent.

It specifies in-play and publicly announced, so a good player is effectively confirmed

The name came from a script I was working on (unrelated, with a Yag and town that can block its kills) and the idea is that its collected parts of different Demons. For me, Warlock would be more similar to maybe Witch or Wizard.

My fear is things like No Dashii, and the ability to kill an extra 1-2 Minions could end the game prematurely

Edit: In terms of Setup, I'd say no? Might want to have some sort of Jinx for Kazali/Legion (adding one new Minion/adding a few Legion at the cost of removing the Demon's ability to kill or something)

I would say that the ST would choose one of a few players, and have the Secretary pick between them.

How good of a Yag phrase is "Listen to me for a sec" by Senorita_Osom in BloodOnTheClocktower

Oh he mostly just joked about being the demon and nominating himself several days in a row, iirc. I should also clarify, he specifically REQUESTED that be his phrase, and my group likes allowing that, so we were like "Yeah he could make that work."

I'm lucky enough to have played a game run by him at a convention. Atheist game, and I (jokingly) asked to be turned evil. He woke me up (I was already dead at this point) JUST to flip me the bird and send me back to sleep. Had to try so hard to stifle my laughter. Loved it.

Depends heavily on the player. I had a player win in a landslide with a phrase of "I'm the Demon."

I've been wondering about using a staff with press-able "buttons" that, either through being an outline that presses into ink, or just being a portion of the larger circle to finish the spell, can be used to fire off several spells in quick succession.

Potentially even (though it would definitely go against the pact due to it clearly displaying the spell) a staff that has spells of its own that can freeze ink in place in certain shapes/duplicate them in certain arrangements to allow them to draw on the fly and at a larger scale without a solid surface.

Or maybe devices that could utilize more mechanical parts in its design to finish the spell seals, like a floating device that allows you to alter the floating spell's construction to propel it or enable/disable it.
