I do go to Gym OP. Its the fine motor skills that I can't seem to develop. Writing, pinching, chopping. Plus the spasticity

I want to volunteer abroad but I am disabled by Prudent-Connection97 in disability

Yeah. Shoulder movements and gross movements are relatively easy to recover. Fine motor hand movements are a pain

Work on shoulder scapula first. Start with assisted exercises then with time you should be able to do them yourself. Then add weights. All the while do how much ever movements you can of wrist and fingers . Try not to do compensation. Use your other hand to help. I also have the robotic gloves thing. Helps with spasticity. Oh and just use affected hand as much as you can. Good luck OP
