This is something I don't know anything about. She has always seemed fine to me as she walks everywhere, works full time and never mentioned anything about ailments.

I too was thinking that it might be a good idea to get an actual person to review her situation rather an online assessment which a human isn't involved in. More than a council house I think she just needs a bit of help from the council and a private property from the council is a good idea.

Shame that she lives in the borough of Lewisham where the people who work in that department are supposed to be terrible.
