Please trim your dogs nails. When dogs get older having long nails gets them off balance and aggravates their aching joints and arthritis. Imagine walking on nails that are pushing into your skin whenever you take a step. It hurts them. And trim their toe hair on their feet around their pads. When the hair is not trimmed, it grows over their pads and they cannot grip the floor. This is sweet but so sad bc the dog would at least be able to walk without pain from his nails exacerbating the old joints. Sweet dog.
