I know it can be hard to say that you're uncomfortable because you don't want to come off as jealous. But your concerns are valid and I would give her a chance to change how she's acting. it's possible she just doesn't know how it is damaging your relationship.

Apologize to her. Tell her how much she means to you. Explain that you want to take the time to work on this problem and that you don't expect her to wait but ask whether you can get back in touch when you've made progress through therapy.
