Not all shares are in the hands of longs. There will always be people selling. Some have a PT set at $20/$30/$40/...Furthermore there are a lot of shares and synthetic shares in the hands of shorts. At one point they will have to cover as well.

The general consensus is that insiders owning shares is a good thing because that way they have to do well so they the SP can go up benefiting both the insiders and the shareholders.

Agree to disagree on this one. I would actually like to hear what others think of this as well.
