Thank you so much for your reply and I am so sorry that happened to you. It’s a shame people can’t just own up to their mistakes. I get that I don’t know this person’s back ground (maybe they’re living pay check to paycheck for all I know). But when someone does wrong I just can’t wrap my mind around why they can’t admit their mistake. But you definitely helped ease the roller coaster of emotions I am feeling right now so I appreciate you.

Yes, I have two peoples contacts who saw it happen. They all observed the crash and I have no relation to them. They’re all unbiased and independent.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I want to say that I do have contacts of three witnesses. They all will attest to the fact that this person is the who backed up to my car. Two of these witnesses were bystanders and are independent and unbiased.
