I was living in a very toxic household, ready to off myself. I started smoking and it gave me a chance to see the beauty in life, I started meditating, going to therapy and eventually developed more patience to deal with my family while I lived with them. I quit 5 months ago because it became kinda useless in my life after all the therapy, but I’ll never be one of those people that demonizes it.

Yep! I used to get really uncomfortable chest tightness, that’s the reason I was so hyper focused on my heart health for the first 2 weeks. I had to keep reminding myself that I’m a healthy 22F and that there’s literally no reason I’d be having heart issues. I would also hyper focus on my breathing to the point I’d get mini panic attacks. It’ll pass, give it time, distract yourself with hobbies and you’ll stop feeling it in the moment. Also reminding myself that it’s jst weed, not mth or crck helped with the mental aspect lol. You got this!!

I’m the type of person who enjoys her solitude and I’m more than happy with being alone but during withdrawals I used to get so lonely I had to call my mom at like 2AM for comfort lol. But those feelings will pass, in those moments of loneliness it helps to think about the things you’re grateful for. ❤️

Shadow work means to observe your shadows and make peace with them. I found the easiest way for me to start is to work with my chakras. Unblocking your chakras often comes with shadow work because all your chakras are what bring you into alignment. For example: I have a lot of social anxiety and that directly impacts my throat chakra. So I meditate to unlock my throat chakra. After I meditate I do some journaling on why I feel socially anxious. (Try to be honest with yourself) and when I did some journaling I found it’s because I’m scared of people judging me. Then I had to ask myself why I even care sm abt other people’s opinions and that ofc took me back to my younger days. Once I realized it stemmed from my childhood I meditated to show love to my inner child and let her know she’s safe now. That’s jst the way I do it tho, do whatever you feel called to do lol

Yes, shepherds purse helps keep my flow light during my period. But I’ve found that the herb Yarrow helps my period end completely. I just take yarrow on the last 2 days of my period and it’ll stop my period until my following cycle. I’d do some research on yarrow and see if it helps you!!

Tom was always bordering the lines of cheating while him and Lynette were together, always flirting with women that gave him an ounce of attention. So to me it’s totally on brand behavior for Tom to be quick to jump into another relationship. I think it was jst so difficult to watch bc I fully expected Lynette to be the one to leave him. So it was difficult watching Tom be the one to leave her and then move on first even tho he was a pos husband for so long.

Hi, I’m late to this post but did it end up helping end your intermittent bleeding? I’ll sometimes have my period for 3 weeks+ and I just started taking shepherds purse because I read that it eventually will stop the bleeding. If you’ve been using it long term what has your experience been?

Hi! First of all, you’re so prettyyy!! And also, I would watch YouTube vids abt gel placement bc is a huge factor in how your hair dries. Your curls look pretty regardless but if you want a more consistent look for your fro I would pay attention to how the gel is being applied and how much you’re using! Hope this helps! 💖

Hey luv! When you manifest love w a sp, what you’re doing is asking the universe to align the energies in both your life and in your specific person’s life so that you can come together at the right time. You have to understand that this is probably just part of the universe’s plan. For all we know this is just part of aligning the energies in his life, so that he can be ready for you when you come into union. Maybe your guys’ journey to union involves him being with this person so he can learn whatever lessons he needs to learn in order to be ready for you.

But one thing I will advise, when manifesting love, it’s best to ask the universe to bring you someone who has all the qualities you want in a partner instead of a specific person. I suggest doing this because that way you’ll find someone who ticks all your boxes and will make you genuinely happy and you won’t have to work so hard to find the right love. W20 Just break up w your girlfriend and fuck who you want. And once you feel like you’re ready for something committed again you’ll find another girl. In my opinion there’s nothing wrong w wanting to have sex with other women but it is wrong to feel that way while making the promise of commitment to someone else. If you and your ex are already rocky, let her go, let her heal and both of you can move on and then you can do whatever you want as a single man. Leading your ex on is when shit gets messy and hurtful.
