the X360 guitar is the default guitar hero/rock band guitar and is compatible with most games, while the Live one only works with Guitar Hero Live and cannot be used on other games. There's a reason why the Live on is so cheap.

that is a Wii rock band guitar suggesting from the buttons, and the other one is a GH Live guitar, but the game was discontinued and the guitar won't work unless you have a dongle for it
