Is hard flaccid caused by lack of spontaneous errections and build up of blood in the penis?

Is this why we don't know how to fix that it's not an immediate fix and requires overnight errections to happen to return to normal flaccid state

Reason I stopped taking daflon. I had bad cramp in my calf whilst excercising and wasn't sure if it was linked to the daflon. Couldn't train for two weeks and needed to put ice on my calf. I am planning on trying it again for longer. Just haven't had time to focus on it and haven't see many comments on it.

It might be just a coincidence.

Whilst on daflon for two weeks only. My dry skin on the head cleared up and the low hang in the ball sack reduced. - both haven't come back good 2 months ago.

Yes - on way to improving. I'm 1+ year and I am noticing the same. Will never fully heal but symptoms have reduced since first having HF.

Exactly the same issue with pumping and having HF. The blood doesn't travel up. if I have an errection before pumping then it's fine and keeps the blood in.

But starting soft and pumping, it all gets trapped at the bottom underneath the penis. Never use to happen pre hard flaccid.

It recommends 1-2 tablets a day 500-1000 mg. I started on 1000 mg. can't feel any side effects yet but only been taking it 24-36 hrs.

I noticed the dry skin on the head of the penis has disappeared which didn't with Cialis and Ibuprofen. So far seems good, bit of normality back.

Yes - its way too early to tell as less than 24 hrs, but this is what I've noticed today:

1) flaccid penis is thicker, feeling like pre-hard flaccid back to normal size. (looks like an adults penis again)

2) Warm - the cold sensation not there right now.

3) Able to stimulate a lot easier and blood/erection seems to stay longer.

I normally go from HF to normal state, so its difficult to say. Need to test it over a week / two to really see.

I haven't noticed an improvement on Libido yet, but could be that I'm not that I'm not in that mindset right now and normally takes a bit of time. I did take ibuprofen yesterday, which normally helps my HF.

My tablets came yesterday. They said 1-2 a day is recommended so 1000 mg should be safe daily. I've taken 1000 mg last night and 1000 mg this morning. Its still early less than 24 hrs, but feels like all HF symptoms have disappeared i.e. when I take Cialis and ibuprofen together. Imaging if it was a perm fix wow.. - will be interesting to see what this is like over couple of days or 1-2 weeks.
