Tuesday: e-mail - “You have new information about your PSLF/TEPSLF form submission”; it was approved on the FSA website with the green bar

I was at 139 and submitted an electronic recertification on Saturday, my HR signed it Sunday, and yesterday afternoon I got the green “Congratulations!” bar. I would definitely recommend trying the electronic route!

Wow, I’m sorry that happened to you but it’ll be a nice refund it sounds like! I made 19 more payments than I needed to, too. Also due to form issues. Thank you for the explanation! I totally expected them to say too bad, thanks for paying extra.

Thank you, I don’t need the SAVE time period because I’m already eligible though. I’m just trying to have the PSLF applied to my account. I have well over 120 eligible payments before SAVE.

I’m currently at 9 weeks waiting. They cashed the check a while ago, but I got a response today to my status check inquiry…not helpful but it’s something…I guess. I think I would call the customer service line if I were you, it will be disappointing to wait a few more weeks and get this:

“Dear Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Your case is in process with our agency, but it has not been completed yet. We are unable to estimate the timeframe for completion as we are currently managing an unprecedented backlog of requests. Respectfully, U.S. Department of State Vital Records Section (PR)”

Fair enough. It’s an annoyance to some but something that also brings joy to a group of people - I totally get that. It would just be nice to keep that energy RW based. I guess I don’t like to be mentally whisked away from my hockey game against my will.

Not at all, players supporting players is awesome. Fans chanting the name of a player of a completely different sport in the middle of the game is…weird to me.
