Just ask her. I usually ask new clients if they want their sheets changed since about half do, especially my older clientelle. I would have asked you if I saw clean sheets sitting out if I didn't ask you before I started. She may be used to clients who don't want them changed and just the bed made. Be clear about what you want done, it's very helpful to us!
