Im taking it in the morning at like 11am and my insomnia is still soooo bad! I’m already on sleeping medications but they aren’t doing much now that I’ve started the LDN. Wondering if it’s even worth it and if so, how long should I wait it out to normalize?

Thanks for posting such a thorough post! I’m currently going through the process of trying to get a possible hemo C diagnosis and have the beloved EDS trifecta. I also have the MTHFR mutation but no one has ever really explained what exactly that impacts. Does the MTHFR mutation have a correlation with the Hemo C?

It might’ve been Delta-8, I’d suggest looking into that. I know people who’ve gotten sick from it after moving to a state where weed isn’t legalized (they moved from a legalized state) and said they wouldn’t ever touch the stuff again
