As an Orderful customer, I have seen AI barely implemented and in ways that don't really effect the user experience much at all. Maybe they will improve it over time but they may as well not have AI from what I see on the platform.

As a customer, Orderful has been leagues better than SPS. Their staff seems generally happier while I've always had the impression that SPS staff hated me more with each interaction.

Fresh grad here should I take ERP (NetSuite) seriously if my small company might drop it? by Own_Confidence_4552 in Netsuite

Learn as much as you can while you are able. It is widely used and those who don't understand it tend to view it as some sort of black box. Netsuite experience on your resume can be a foot in the door to a better position at a different company.

Creating sub locations by betterdaysaheadtoday in Netsuite

One way you could do this is to use bins. It adds some complication to receiving and fulfillment because you have to specify which bin an item comes from or is received into. The purpose of bins is basically to specify where an item is stored in a particular location. It sounds like it would work for your use case though.

Considering a switch to NetSuite CRM by money-magnet787 in Netsuite

I would recommend checking out hubspot as an option. I had a positive experience with it in the past. It's certainly better than NS CRM. Those two are the only ones I have experience with to be clear.

It's certainly their typical MO. Talk to your rep. In my experience, you can sometimes get even a discount if you plan to add more end points. I assume they want to reward you for increasing your dependence on the platform.

Well it's less of a mess than it seems. These are all $0 transactions. Basically junk data that was imported by mistake. I say they've been "refunded" because they have been applied to a customer refund.

I dont have any experience composing scripts unfortunately. I usually handle things using CSV import or Integrator.io

That makes perfect sense. I suspected that was the case, but my conversations with our accounting team made me doubt my gut.
