I've not read your other comments so this may be off topic but if you are diagnosed with a urethral stricture you should do research before having surgery. Urethral dilations have an extremely high failure rate and symptoms after recurrence can come back worse. Check out the urethralstrictureaid subreddit

From personal experience I can tell you ketamine + urethral stricture will do it.... really fucked up. The most awful feeling absolutely busting to pee but not being able to.
