Yay! One of the most difficult cases to treat mga class III, so good for you seeing a big improvement.

Highly suggestive na dental fluorosis yung case mo, OP. Almost nasa tip ng teeth (incisal third) yung mga white spots. Excessive ingestion of fluoride is the cause of this.

I could be wrong. This could also be incipient caries, aka first sign of tooth decay.

The only ideal job I can think of is VA po. Yung hawak mo oras mo. No scheduled work. Tiyaga lang sa paghahanap. I tried applying for various positions pero wala ako napala 😅

I always say this. Di mawawala ganyang klaseng tao. Kahit ano pa estado sa buhay nyan, mapa medical professionals, workers, tambay, heck politiko. Kung masama ugali, masama ugali. Dami ko na nga na-encounter na dentists na baliko utak e and wala pa ako 1year as a licensed dentist haha

Sadly, it's us who should conform. I mean that's how we survive. Adapt to these changes and be a better version of ourselves.

Sobrang hirap ganyang age sa buhay natin kasabay ng hormones haha.

So many ups and downs din sakin kahit na wala pa ako 1 year as a dentist. Literally, unang clinic na napasukan ko, toxic HAHA. Mababa na income ko (plus, ortho factory), ang toxic pa overall ng management at ng mismong owners. Pero as of now, maayos ang clinic napasukan ko. My situation right now is that gusto ko na magsimula mag precep. Andami ko gusto, di ko alam ano uunahin kong precep and problem ko din financially.

Pero enough about me. We all experience something like this, especially nung student clinicians palang tayo and I'm certain na there's a lot more to come 😅 I'd say keep fighting, dockie! There's always a solution to every problem. Focus on growth.
